Policy Details
You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, Original canvas artwork or commissioned pantings

 

For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase

 

Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Cherry Stoner, LLC strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return. 

Restocking Fees
Cherry Stoner, LLC does not charge restocking fees.

 

Process Details
To return your purchase from Cherry Stoner, LLC, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Cherry Stoner, LLC will process your return. Please allow at least 5-7 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Cherry Stoner, LLC will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
