Paint Your Emotions is a pay-what-you-can class designed to give you space to take whatever you’re carrying and put it on the canvas.
There’s no painting to copy and no “right” way to do this. You’ll use color, movement, texture, words—whatever feels right—to create something that reflects what’s going on inside of you.
Maybe you’re angry. Overwhelmed. Grieving. Excited. Stuck. Hopeful. Or maybe you don’t have a damn word for it yet.
