What You're In For
Through my own struggles with mental health I have found peace in art. My desire is to help others tap into this outlet for healty emotional release. You can cry, get angry, whatever. This is a safe space to feel your feelings and hopefully find some release.
This is an intimate night, classes will not go over 8 students to be sure each of you get as much one on one support as needed.
