About the event
We will begin our night of healing with a sound bowl meditation lead by Brien Egan, helping to bring forth the emotions you are intent on releasing. Afterwards we will put all those feelings on canvas. In an abstract fashion, we will paint with colors and imagery to symbolize your rawest emotions, helping you to process and reflect on what you need to let go.
